Hello, I'm Ami.

 

For much of my life, I believed the meaningful moments were still ahead of me.

The next milestone.

The next opportunity.

The next season.

​

But somewhere along the way, I began to discover that the life I had been longing for wasn't waiting in the future.

​

It was already unfolding in front of me.

​

In the garden.

Around the family table.

With an open Bible and a warm cup of coffee.

In the laughter of my grandchildren.

And in the quiet faithfulness of God woven through ordinary days.

​

Cherishing the Ordinary was born from that discovery.

​

It's a place to slow down, pay attention, and intentionally receive the beauty God has already placed in our lives.
